DESCRIPTION When I first saw the Chrysler Atlantic in 1996, I knew it would become one of my all-time favorite automotive designs. One of my biggest regrets is that Chrysler has decided not to put it into production. I think my soul would be at risk if I could own an Atlantic. After waiting for more than a year, Matchbox has finally put their Atlantic on the shelves. In addition to the regular (#11 or #18) 1-75 offering, this example is part of their Chrysler Corporation boxed set for 1998, offered with a Viper GTS, Prowler and Kenworth Tractor/Trailer. The box art is exceptional. They have done the Atlantic to small-scale perfection. The scale is right, the lines are right and if I could, I would shrink myself, just so I could sit in it. My collection has a new favorite. I hope you have this Atlantic in yours.
