DESCRIPTION The Playart vehicles produced in the 1970's and 1980's, also known as Fast Wheels, are some of most interesting diecast to come out of Hong Kong. Difficult to find today, they are inexpensive and often offer examples of small-scale cars done by no other company. A favorite in the series is a 1968 Cadillac Eldorado (I own the full-sized car). It is clearly a 1968 as it has front cornering lights and covered headlights. Windows are clear with a ivory interior and the black tires have painted silver mag wheels.
