DESCRIPTION The Playart vehicles produced in the 1970's and 1980's, also known as Fast Wheels, are some of most interesting diecast to come out of Hong Kong. Difficult to find today, they are inexpensive and often offer examples of small-scale cars done by no other company. An unique vehicle in the series is a 1941 Volkswagen Kubelwagen, easily qualifying as the earliest VW in my collection. The black tires have silver wheel centers.
