 DESCRIPTION

Siku toy vehicles are German miniatures that feature excellent detail and fine craftsmanship. The first diecast, small-scale cars were produced in 1963. Number 285 in the series is a 1967 Porsche Carrera 906. This silver sports car has an opening engine compartment with visable 6 cylinder motor, an orange interior and yellow tinted windows. The black Siku wheels with silver centers were a transition from the more traditional wheels, much like Matchbox regular wheels were replaced by Superfast wheels. This racing Porsche was very successful at le Mans and other tracks.
