"Hi, Doug:

I've been visiting your site a lot lately, trying to put together a site of my own about little-known cars (www.kbickford.com/diecastoddities):  mostly I find myself just putting in links to your site!  You're doing an excellent job... are you EVER able to get away from your computer?!?

Just wanted to let you know that I have a Playart not listed in your article.  It's a Porsche 914.  I don't know what the number is.  I purchased it and a Honda Z GS lo these many moons ago at a Scott's 5 and 10 (owned by McCrory's) in Urbana, Illinois.

I've attached a picture of the car...

Thanks for all the hard work!"

 Keith Bickford

Editor's Response: Thanks for the image and kind remarks. I have the same Playart Porsche 914 in yellow but perhaps I found it after the article you read was published.

"Hi Doug

Like most readers, I keep on coming back for more pix and details on cars all the new editions you show seem mint bu not boxed. Do you collect them all loose? and then into the jammers or ...?

Regards,"

Henk Hendriks

Editor's Response: Henk, I buy new models packaged but soon free them and sort them into Plano 48-car boxes. Used models are often loose as I do not collect boxes or packages as a rule.
